Delivery You may opt to pick up your beef at The Meat Shop in downtown Phoenix where you can see how we create cuts of meat and where you can buy other fresh meats. Or you may choose to have the meat delivered to your home. If you do plan to pick up meat at The Meat Shop, please call them ahead of time to make sure they have the beef available. You will be notified by the processor of the date your order will be ready. If you require the processor to hold your order more than seven days following such notice, the processor may charge a freezer storage fee of five dollars per day for each additional day. There will only be a shipping charge if you choose to have all or a portion of your order delivered to any location situated more than fifteen miles from Downtown Phoenix. In such cases, the delivery charge will be equal to $0.50 (fifty cents) for each additional mile payable to the processor upon delivery. Cancellation Should O X Ranch have an insufficient number of animals available to deliver your order within the time agreed upon, either you or O X Ranch may elect to cancel your purchase in which case your deposit will be returned. If you elect to pay by check and your check for the balance of the purchase price is returned by the bank not-payable or is not received within 10 days following receipt of your invoice (indicating that your beef has been weighed and is being delivered to the processor), O X Ranch may cancel the sale and retain your deposit. Processing Unless you chose to select a specific processor and made arrangements to pay such processor directly, the O X Ranch will add the $450 processing fee to the purchase price and will select and pay the processor on your behalf. Processing charges are for standard processing. If you choose to have additional special processing performed, possible charges may be added and charged upon delivery. Guarantee The money back guarantee offer is conditioned upon: · Requesting a refund within 3 weeks following the delivery of your order; · The unused packages have not been opened and the meat has not been allowed to thaw; · Not more than 10% of the order has been consumed; · Your processing arrangements have permitted the processor to dry-age your beef for at least 2 weeks to enhance tenderness; · You assist us in arranging a mutually satisfactory time for us to pick up the unused portion of your order. The full purchase price less the value of the meat consumed will be returned within two weeks following the return of the unused portion of your order.
