If you have a home freezer, all you need to do is fill out the order sheet and send it, together with a $50 deposit.  To ensure that we have an animal that has matured to the right age, we give ourselves the next 30 days following receipt of your order to select your animal, weigh it and request payment of the balance of the purchase price.  Upon receipt of the balance of the purchase price, your beef will be sent to a local processor who will package your beef according to your specifications and contact you to arrange a convenient time to deliver it and place it in your freezer.
