The OX Ranch is so confident that you will be happy with your beef that it not only guarantees your money back should you be dissatisfied for any reason, but it will arrange to pick up the unused portion. 

This offer is conditioned upon:

· Requesting a refund within 3 weeks following the delivery of your order;

· The unused packages have not been opened and the meat has not been allowed to thaw;

· Not more than 10% of the order has been consumed;

· Your processing arrangements have permitted the processor to dry-age your beef for at least 2 weeks to enhance tenderness;

· You assist us in arranging a mutually satisfactory time for us to pick up the unused portion of your order.

The full purchase price less the value of the meat consumed will be returned within two weeks following the return of the unused portion of your order.
