We accept orders for 1/4, 1/2, or whole animals using the internet or phone.  If you prefer, you can purchase individual cuts or “Starter Packs” to convince yourself of the superiority of grass fed beef.   These are offered through local Phoenix businesses such as The Meat Shop: 602-258-5075.  Sales go quickly each week, so call ahead of time to make sure they have what you’d like.   Ask about their “FRESH” beef as well!

PLEASE CALL THE MEAT SHOP AHEAD OF TIME.  DEMAND IS GREAT, SO THEY MAY RUN OUT IF YOU DON’T RESERVE SOME AHEAD OF TIME.

Many people have freezers big enough to hold a whole animal.  If you don’t, then try a 1/4 or 1/2 animal.  We think you’ll really enjoy this new approach to shopping for meat.  It sure beats driving to the supermarket when you can already have your choice of cuts in your own freezer.

2.  Here are TYPICAL CUTS of beef and FREEZER requirements. 
You can ask the processor for special cuts or ask him to grind certain cuts.  We provide lots of flexibility.  And don’t worry about storing lots of meat - it can easily save for more than a year in your freezer!
