We accept orders for 1/4, 1/2, or whole animals using the internet or phone.  If you prefer, you can purchase individual cuts (offered through local businesses such as The Meat Shop: 602-258-5075) to convince yourself of the superiority of grass fed beef.  Many people have freezers big enough to hold a whole animal.  If you don’t, then try a 1/4 or 1/2.  We think you’ll really enjoy this new approach to shopping for meat.  It sure beats driving to the supermarket when you can already have your choice of cuts in your own freezer.

2.  Here are TYPICAL CUTS of beef and FREEZER requirements. 
You can ask the processor for special cuts or ask him to grind certain cuts.  We provide lots of flexibility.  And don’t worry about storing lots of meat - it can easily save for more than a year in your freezer!

3.  We GUARANTEE our beef and it’s OWNER CERTIFIED USDA Grass-fed!  We’ll give you your MONEY BACK if you’re not happy!
