     We accept orders for 1/4, 1/2, or whole animals.  Many people have freezers big enough to hold a whole animal.  If you don’t then try a 1/4 or 1/2.  We think you’ll really enjoy this new approach to shopping for meat.  It sure beats driving to the supermarket when you can already have your choice of cuts in your own freezer.

2.  Here are TYPICAL CUTS of beef and FREEZER requirements. 
     You can ask the processor for special cuts or ask him to grind certain cuts.  We provide lots of flexibility.  And don’t worry about storing lots of meat - it can easily save for a year in your freezer!

     This time of year we’re sending animals to the processor less than 2 weeks out.  You’ll have your animal right away after it has completed the dry-aging process!!
